We are aiming high in two goals for this year and beyond:
Putting the people of our organization first through monetarily supporting our artists and admin even further
None of us in ADB are full-time or part-time, including Founder/Director Ellice
This support is necessary to continue supporting those who are pushing the mission forward
Develop financial reserves through endowments, grants, and a large donor pool in order to sustain our performance and community engagement programs throughout the greater Boston area and beyond

Our organization is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. (Our Tax ID number is 82-4468746.)

Director Ellice, Manager of Interns Lauren, & Intern Bella are celebrating with the students of the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis and the Sillerman Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy with a $10,000 gift (our first 5 figure grant to date).
